Missing Link Europe (FR) | Owner (Sept 2020 – Present)

Senior Project Manager (PMC), Business Resort Paris Pleyel FR

Commissioned as Project Management Consultant for the Business Resort Paris Pleyel, a landmark high-rise development in the Saint-Denis district of Greater Paris. Accountable for managing planning, coordination, and delivery oversight of the project’s non-hotel and non-conference centre components, while addressing the unique technical and logistical challenges of a complex urban site.

· Directed the design and construction management of the tower’s exoskeleton structure, coordinating closely with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to resolve technical challenges inherent to this innovative design.

· Oversaw constructability reviews and value engineering processes to ensure structural feasibility, cost control, and compliance with stringent French building standards.

· Managed logistics planning for construction within a dense metropolitan environment, addressing restricted access, neighbouring infrastructure, and regulatory constraints.

· Coordinated with local authorities, transport operators, and utility providers to mitigate risks and ensure smooth execution in one of Paris’s most complex development zones.

· Implemented robust project controls for schedule, budget, and quality, ensuring alignment with investor expectations and stakeholder requirements.

· Supported the phased delivery strategy to enable parallel progression of hotel and conference facilities while safeguarding technical integration with the main tower.

Key Achievement: Advanced the development of a technically ambitious exoskeleton high-rise tower within a highly constrained urban context, successfully managing constructability and logistics challenges while ensuring design integrity and program feasibility.

Senior Project Manager (PMC), H4 Hotel & MICE Facilities Wyndham Paris Pleyel FR

Appointed as Project Management Consultant for the Hotel and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) components of the Business Resort Paris Pleyel, a flagship mixed-use development in Saint-Denis. Responsible for program oversight, technical coordination, and stakeholder management for both the repurposed high-rise tower and the new intertwined conference centre structure.

· Directed the renovation and adaptation of an existing 40-storey tower with 4 underground levels, transforming a primary structure into a modern international-standard hotel, addressing the technical and regulatory challenges of repurposing legacy systems.

· Oversaw the development of dedicated MICE facilities housed in a separate structure, technically and operationally integrated with the resort’s office building, requiring careful design interfaces and delivery sequencing.

· Implemented robust logistics and phasing strategies within a constrained urban environment, mitigating risks posed by ongoing Grand Paris infrastructure works and neighbouring construction activities.

· Led close liaison with the appointed operator and operations teams, ensuring design, fit-out, and handover processes enabled seamless appropriation of facilities and readiness for international service standards.

· Coordinated multidisciplinary teams across architecture, engineering, and construction, aligning technical feasibility with operational requirements and investor objectives.

· Balanced event-driven deadlines with construction realities, ensuring that both the hotel and MICE facilities were prepared for operation in time for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

Key Achievement: Defined and delivered the execution strategy for the repurposed 40-storey hotel tower and integrated MICE facility, successfully aligning construction, operator requirements, and operational readiness for seamless handover and appropriation ahead of the Paris 2024 Olympics.

Puy du Fou España (ES) | Project Director (Sept 2017 – May 2020)

Appointed as Project Director for the first international expansion of the Puy du Fou brand, leading the implementation of design, planning, and delivery of a new greenfield theme park in Toledo, Spain. Accountable for transforming a vision into a fully realized entertainment destination of international standing.

· Directed the end-to-end development of a greenfield site, including regulatory approvals and the critical modification of land classification from forestry to commercial usage.

· Oversaw technical feasibility, site viability assessments, and infrastructure planning to secure the project’s long-term operational and commercial success.

· Oversaw the conception and construction of large-scale live show venue and immersive themed environments, ensuring the guest experience embodied the unique storytelling signature of the Puy du Fou brand.

· Coordinated multidisciplinary international design and construction teams, ensuring alignment with the brand’s distinctive storytelling and immersive entertainment standards.

· Implemented project controls across budget, schedule, and risk, safeguarding delivery against the challenges of scale, regulation, and international collaboration.

· Managed key stakeholder engagement, including government authorities, local communities, and international partners, to secure approvals and maintain project momentum.

Key Achievement: Successfully delivered the first international Puy du Fou theme park, complete with spectacular live shows and immersive themed environments, establishing a flagship destination and successfully confirming the potential of the international model, and extending the brand into the Spanish market.
